Delivery Information

Hens HQ offer flat rate shipping within Australia and International orders. If you require an urgent order please contact us for a quote on express shipping which we will post within 3 business days unless a specific date is specified.

Hens HQ use Australia Post as their preferred postal company. Flat rate shipping for orders within Australia will include a tracking number so our customers can track their order online via the australia post website . We want you to have piece of mind knowing where your package is. Please visit www.auspost.com.au/track

Hens HQ recommends where possible, to choose to have your order delivered to a business address, where someone is able to sign for the collection of the order. If your order is posted to a residental propety which is unattended and your parcel can not be signed, Australia post may choose to leave the item at your local post office for collection.

When selecting to use a business address, the name of the business/company and shop/unit number must be included on your delivery details you provide to us. If you live in an apartment complex or unit, you must provide the unit/apartment number of your residence. Failing to include this so as to impede the delivery of your order, may result in your order being returned to us and redelivery fees will apply.

If you include a mobile number during check out we may provide to Australia Post as some services will offer notification of delivery via SMS.

Hens HQ at times may use another postal / courier service if necessary.

International shipping rates are as follows;

1 - 8 Sashes $3 each (No Tracking)

8 - 14 Sashes Flat rate $25 (No Tracking)

Australia Post Standard delivery times for International orders is approximately 10 business days once shipped.Please note we are not resonsiable for any further delays which may be incurred through the customs process.

Express shipping for up to 10 sashes $55 (5 business days plus tracking information provided)

Bulk orders and products other than sashes please contact us for a quote.

Refund Policy

If you recieve a sash printed incorrectly by us we will require a photo emailed to show the error. Once recieved we will re make and post you a replacement sash or refund you, whichever you prefer.

If we have spelled your sash accurately with the information given in the order details and it is incorrect unfortunately there is no refund on custom orders. This is why you must double check your spelling when submitting your order.

If your item is damaged or you are unhappy with your item please contact us to discuss the issue. Again, if you can send us an email with a photo of the item we will try our best to organise a replacement or refund.

Other delivery information

Please ensure you check your order upon receiving it immediately. This is to ensure you have received all and correct items as per your order and that all items are in good condition. Hens HQ may not enter into any claims after 7 days of delivery.

If you have not recieved your order in a reasonable time frame (2 weeks for delivery within Australia and 3 weeks for International orders) please email us at info@henshq.com so we can follow up for you.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is welcome if arranged. We are located in Munno Para West and Two Wells, South Australia. Please email us info@henshq.com to arrange a pick up time.
